Amazing service, Marco listened to my broken vacuum and instantly knew what's wrong. Also he listened to me describe my Mom then chose the perfect new vacuum for her, it was like he matched the perfect car to someone by hearing about the driver. Great prices on repairs and aftermarket accessories too.

Amazing service! So nice to find a store with an expert in it. I thought I needed to get a new vacuum, just needed a new filter and an explanation on lithium batteries. Was a wonderful experience, highly recommended for all your vacuum needs.

Wow. My Dyson "turbine" had stopped working. Walked into the store with my vacuum and, within minutes, he had diagnosed the problem and had it fixed at a fair price. Hard to find this type of service downtown Toronto. Thanks and keep on the good work!

Best repair experience ever! My beat-up, older Miele vac stopped working. There's a vac repair shop close to me, in Scarborough, but I had been warned off, because of the bad experiences of a few neighbours. I checked Yelp and saw the uniformly positive reviews for Vacuums Plus, so I headed downtown by TTC, schlepping the vac. I'm so glad that I did, although I'll know to bring the hose next time!

Went in for a simple repair (busted plug) and it was done on site in the time it took for me to check the inventory of exotic European detergents. Picked up some cleaners and micro-fiber towels and the whole bill was $25. Wonderful service, will go back for future vacuum and specialty cleaner needs.
