Refund Policy

Vacuums Plus believes in the highest quality of customer service, so we decided to stand behind a 120 day full refund policy on all unopened purchases with an original receipt, shipping excluded. We can also look up your purchase with the customer information provided at the time of purchase.

For all opened packages, we offer a 50 day refund or exchange / upgrade policy, on all vacuum purchases, shipping excluded. Items that are used, damaged and/or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Vacuums Plus stands by the products we sell. This is why our products are backed by warranties.
