Best repair experience ever! My beat-up, older Miele vac stopped working. There's a vac repair shop close to me, in Scarborough, but I had been warned off, because of the bad experiences of a few neighbours. I checked Yelp and saw the uniformly positive reviews for Vacuums Plus, so I headed downtown by TTC, schlepping the vac. I'm so glad that I did, although I'll know to bring the hose next time!

Went in for a simple repair (busted plug) and it was done on site in the time it took for me to check the inventory of exotic European detergents.
