Amazing service, Marco listened to my broken vacuum and instantly knew what's wrong. Also he listened to me describe my Mom then chose the perfect new vacuum for her, it was like he matched the perfect car to someone by hearing about the driver. Great prices on repairs and aftermarket accessories too.

Amazing service! So nice to find a store with an expert in it. I thought I needed to get a new vacuum, just needed a new filter and an explanation on lithium batteries. Was a wonderful experience, highly recommended for all your vacuum needs.

Wow. My Dyson "turbine" had stopped working. Walked into the store with my vacuum and, within minutes, he had diagnosed the problem and had it fixed at a fair price. Hard to find this type of service downtown Toronto. Thanks and keep on the good work!

Best repair experience ever! My beat-up, older Miele vac stopped working. There's a vac repair shop close to me, in Scarborough, but I had been warned off, because of the bad experiences of a few neighbours. I checked Yelp and saw the uniformly positive reviews for Vacuums Plus, so I headed downtown by TTC, schlepping the vac. I'm so glad that I did, although I'll know to bring the hose next time!

Marco was very helpful when we needed a new vacuum cleaner. He walked us through the details of many machines and we eventually chose a Miele, which he ordered for us when it went on sale. He even delivered it to our home. What great service! Thank you Marco.

Marco was really awesome in his customer service! He went the extra mile in offering to drop off the vacuum to our home after we bought it and was willing to even come over when we had trouble figuring out our new purchase. Was very accommodating in all aspects of our business.

Went in for a simple repair (busted plug) and it was done on site in the time it took for me to check the inventory of exotic European detergents. Picked up some cleaners and micro-fiber towels and the whole bill was $25. Wonderful service, will go back for future vacuum and specialty cleaner needs.

Got a Miele vacuum completely serviced, cleaned and made into a “like new” machine. And came in at a very fair reasonable price. Great service. Convenient location. Recommend highly!

We have used Marko's services on 2 occasions now for our business. In both instances he picked up vacuum promptly at our place of business, repaired in an expedient and cost friendly manner. I would highly recommend his services.

Our old central vacuum system stopped working a few weeks ago. The owner- Marco of Vacuum Plus came to our home, he installed a new motor, a new filter and also fixed the hose connection into our central vacuum. We are very pleased with his services. Thanks again Marco for the job well done.

Marco provides old fashion, superb service for the best price ever! He matched my needs to a Miele C3 fantastic vacuum cleaner... that was hundreds of dollars below my budget. The immediate, friendly home delivery was an added touch that was deeply appreciated. Highly recommend Vacuums Plus, you will be so happy, guaranteed!
